Institutional Strategic Plan for Global Engagement
Our office has developed a strategic plan that outlines the University’s Global Engagement priorities for the next several years. Cross-functional sub-committees have identified opportunities, challenges, and subsequent recommendations within four major areas of focus:
- International Partnerships and Engagement
- Global Education and Mobility Pathway
- International Diversity and Campus Climate
- Global Profile and Reputation
Collective Efforts and Coordination
The University’s Global Engagement priorities are interlinked and affect multiple schools, departments, and units across the university. Achieving broad-based support is essential for effectively implementing these strategic priorities and ensuring their success.
Acknowledgments
The Office for Global Engagement would like to acknowledge everyone who has contributed to this cross-functional effort, through our over-arching project committee and/or sub-committee work.
